Agent Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Shape the Agent Strategy function and operations at Decagon
• Build partnerships with customers; act as strategic advisor
• Co-pilot deployments from scoping to adoption and value realization
• Continuously learn and upskill on product features and AI industry context
• Expertly communicate with customer stakeholders from contributors to C-level
• Identify and support new projects to best support our team and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing roles in technical B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing large customers and high-visibility projects
• Excellent communication and presentation; simplify complex concepts
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills
• Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes
• Strong technical acumen and passion for agent-building (coding not required)
