📋 Description

• Shape the Agent Strategy function and operating model
• Build partnerships with customers and act as their strategic advisor
• Co-pilot deployment journeys from scoping to adoption and value realization
• Upskill in product features and AI industry context
• Communicate with stakeholders from staff to C-level
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to influence roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Proven experience managing large customers and high-visibility projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills; GTM sales understanding
• Familiar with Agentic AI deployments in large organizations
