• Shape tech direction & architecture for enterprise agentic AI.
• Write production code ≥50% and stand up CI/CD for agentic systems.
• Design for enterprise: multi-tenant isolation, secrets, audit logs, RBAC.
• Enable builders: templates, SDKs, sandboxes to ship safely.
• Partner across functions: align data pipelines; coordinate with infra.
• Elevate standards: code quality, testing, docs; mentor engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering; strong systems design.
• Hands-on with production systems integrating LLMs/agentic patterns.
• Proficient in two of: Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go.
• LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic; agentic frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI.
• Vector DBs: pgvector, Pinecone; workflow tools: n8n, Langflow.
• Experience in regulated environments; enterprise security basics.
