🎯 Requirements

AI-native engineering practice (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
Proficient with AI coding tools (12+ months daily use)
Experience reviewing AI-generated code
Familiar with eval frameworks for AI output
Comfortable writing effective prompts for code generation
Experience with AI agents for coding
Strong observability and audit-log mindset
