🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years software engineering with strong systems design.
  • Hands-on with LLMs/agentic patterns: orchestration, memory, observability.
  • Balance deterministic and non-deterministic workloads.
  • Production experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go.
  • LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), LangChain, CrewAI; vector DBs.
  • Zero-to-one platform experience; regulated environments.
