Agentic AI Engineer (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own agents end to end: prompt, orchestration graph, tools, evals, deployment, dashboard
• Translate business problems into agent capabilities, working with product, business and customer
• Make quality measurable: extend evaluation harness with LLM-as-judge rubrics, tool-trajectory
• Engineer for cost and latency: multi-provider model routing with fallbacks, prompt caching, small
• Collaborate across the stack with software engineers, data scientists, MLOps and platform teams
• Share agentic and LLM engineering knowledge with colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on software engineering, excellent Python skills, solid AWS cloud experience
• Built tool-calling agents with LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent frameworks and shipped them to
• Hands-on with frontier and open models: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Llama; treat prompt
• Applied LLMOps: tracing, evals, guardrails, token and latency budgets, CI/CD
• Bonus: MCP, real-time voice AI (WebRTC, SIP, streaming STT/TTS), event-streaming pipelines
• Extremely motivated, passionate about learning, can-do attitude, fluent English
