• Come ready to build, test, and scrap fast, with the judgment to know which is which
• Exercise significant autonomy, taking ownership of complex programs from conception through
• Take what's already working today, our current outbound and content, and turn it into a system that
• Build what's missing: content, social, SEO/GEO, email, outbound, website, and the automation
• Make critical technical decisions and architect scalable systems for a growing platform

🎯 Requirements

• Idea Generation, First: You bring innovative demand ideas and an instinct for what makes a brand go
• Demonstrated Demand Generation: You've built programs that produced real interest and pipeline
• Real Engineering Ability: Comfortable with APIs, SQL, and a scripting language (Python or
• AI-Native: You build with LLMs and agent workflows as a core tool, not a novelty.
• Passion for Investing: Experience can't substitute for an innate curiosity about the world of
• Commercial Instinct: You can explain why a system will move revenue, not just that it runs.
