Agile Business Analyst: Compliance

📋 Description

• Gather and document business & regulatory requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate compliance requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Define and refine compliance screening, including sanctions checks, PEP, and adverse media.
• Support integrations with external verification platforms and third-party systems.
• Establish and maintain business rules for transaction limits, controls, and risk management.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in fintech/financial services/compliance.
• Knowledge/exposure to AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Agile delivery practices.
• Understanding of API integrations and third-party platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate regulatory/technical concepts.
