🎯 Requirements

Several years' experience in Agile roles (Coach/RTE/SM/PO) with SAFe delivery.
Coaching skills: active listening, questioning, and managing resistance.
Genuine interest in AI and hands-on experimentation.
Remote work in large international org; cross-cultural fluency.
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; certification a plus.
Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad, India.
