📋 Description

  • Develop and implement project plans, fostering collaboration and shared vision
  • Manage resource allocation and workload assignments
  • Monitor estimates, schedules, and deviations to maintain project integrity
  • Propose strategic adjustments and ensure customer sign-off on milestones
  • Identify risks, establish mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years coordinating complex IT projects including Fixed Price projects
  • Expert in Project Management methodologies and strategic planning
  • Track record delivering end-to-end projects within scope, budget, timeline
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Nice to have: PMI ACP, SAFe, or technical software background
