Agile Practice Lead

📋 Description

• Establish, standardize, and improve agile ways of working across IT.
• Define enterprise agile standards and drive adoption across IT domains.
• Ensure work is structured, tracked, and reported in Jira.
• Lead agile adoption across infrastructure, apps, cybersecurity, data, and digital products.
• Coach leaders and teams on backlog, sprint planning, and impediment management.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in agile delivery, with 4+ in enterprise coaching or transformation.
• Experience implementing agile frameworks across multiple teams/work types.
• Strong Jira expertise (workflows, boards, reporting).
• Experience driving organizational change in evolving agile environments.
• Experience in regulated industries; healthcare or financial services preferred.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
