Agile Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Lead and coach Agile teams operating within SAFe
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos
• Guide teams in PI objectives and aligning work to priorities
• Partner with Product Owners and BAs for backlog refinement and prioritization
• Identify, track, and remove impediments; coordinate with stakeholders
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and drive continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven (7)+ years of relevant professional experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified SAFe Scrum Master
• Three (3)+ years leading Agile Scrum and/or SAFe teams
• U.S. Citizenship required
