Agora - Senior Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build Agora's internal platform for reliability and speed.
• Own core platform components: TypeScript Pulumi codebase, Kubernetes runtimes, and monitoring.
• Architect scalable systems and enforce engineering standards via code.
• Improve developer experience with well-engineered platform capabilities.
• Coordinate across ET/PT time zones to align with business hours.
• Remote-first culture with ET-friendly overlap.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering, Infra and Cloud
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript or another strictly typed language
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals: availability, consistency, observability, fault tolerance
• Experience designing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code systems
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture
• Experience designing, operating, and scaling Kubernetes workloads
