AI Accelerator Lead

📋 Description

• Own the AI Accelerator strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution end-to-end.
• Design and run a repeatable pre-seed/idea-stage program for AI founders.
• Own the full cohort lifecycle: applications, onboarding, programming, and follow-up.
• Build scalable systems for review, communications, partner activation, and ops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface founder stories.
• Build relationships with founders, VCs, accelerators, and AI partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in startup programs, accelerators, or founder relations in high-growth tech.
• Experience owning complex programs end-to-end from strategy to measurement.
• Deep understanding of early-stage founders (pre-seed / idea-stage / 0→1).
• Strong interest in AI-native startups, dev tools, and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build high-quality founder/community experiences.
• Cross-functional operator across startups, community, product, marketing, and eng.
