AI Adoption and Implementation Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from discovery to deployment
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Integrate AI with Oracle Fusion Cloud, ERP/CRM, SharePoint, and MES
• Establish AI governance, security, and ethics frameworks
• Define KPIs and track adoption, impact, and ROI
• Drive user adoption with training, champions, and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent
• 3–5 years in systems integration, automation, software or AI projects
• Proven ability delivering AI solutions from pilot to production
• Hands-on with LLMs, AI-enabled workflows, and prompt engineering
• Experience integrating AI with ERP/CRM/SharePoint via APIs
• Strong communication translating AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
