📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation initiatives within a business unit.
• Develop adoption strategies, redesign roles/workflows, and build capabilities.
• Guide data-driven organizational change and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and transition plans as AI evolves.
• Enable managers to lead AI-augmented teams via coaching and training.
• Embed governance, transparency, and human oversight in adoption efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in change management, organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale tech or business transformations from people-facing perspective.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and AI transformation adaptations.
• Experience with workforce planning, job architecture, role redesign, or organizational design.
• Ability to earn trust and influence across leadership to operational levels.
• Analytical skills with use of workforce data and adoption metrics to guide decisions.
