AI Agent Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead development of agent pipelines and grow junior engineers.
• Architect modular agent SDKs with safety and robust fallbacks.
• Design tracing tools and dashboards for performance and quality.
• Own the agent lifecycle—from chaining to CI/CD and production rollout.
• Collaborate with security/ops for governance and auditability; mentor teammates.
• Tackle cross-stack problems across frontend (React/TS), GraphQL, and Python.

🎯 Requirements

• Built and deployed AI driven workflows with LangChain and LangGraph.
• 5+ years of software engineering building and scaling production systems.
• Strong API design, system performance, and software architecture.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python; familiarity with React.
• IAM familiarity with SCIM, OAuth2, SAML or IDP/HRIS integrations.
