AI Agent Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and architect autonomous AI agents for product workflows.
• Own architecture, behavior, and governance of AI agents in production.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, AWS.
• Define and maintain interfaces between agents and deterministic systems (APIs, runbooks).
• Ensure reliable orchestration across conversational and workflow layers.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience building and owning production systems end to end.
• Strong system design skills, including event-driven/serverless architectures.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, REST, and Graph.
• Practical experience designing or integrating AI/LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
