📋 Description

• Improve existing AI agents to be smarter, more reliable, and cheaper.
• Automate repetitive tasks by building agent workflows.
• Own the agent flow end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Debug tool calls, fix code, and ship fixes.
• Collaborate with ops/tech to identify quick automation wins.

🎯 Requirements

• Studying CS/ML/engineering at a strong university.
• Hands-on AI experience (Claude/Codex) with tool calls and streaming.
• Proficient in TypeScript and/or Python; comfortable shipping PRs.
• Agent-related experience (LangGraph, Claude SDK, MCP, vector DBs, RAG).
• High agency: prototype fast and ship on schedule.
• Taste for quality: spot sloppy outputs and improve prompts.
