📋 Description

• Lead AI algorithm team: plan and execute CS, LLM apps, and personalized recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Math, or related field; MS/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years AI/ML algorithm engineering with 2+ years in management.
• Hands-on experience in intelligent customer service, AIGC, or related areas.
• Deep expertise in recommender systems: recall, ranking, and re-ranking.
• Productionizing LLMs: Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and agents.
• Experience building enterprise knowledge bases: parsing, vectorization, RAG, knowledge graphs.

Nice to Have

• Strong business acumen — align algorithm work with business goals.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.
• Experience with AI platform or MLOps infra development.
• Background from a top-tier tech company or AI unicorn.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
