📋 Description

  • Design/build scalable data pipelines for AI-based synthetic personas.
  • Develop AI/ML components powering persona generation.
  • Architect data infra: feature stores, vector DBs, data lakes, real-time serving.
  • Collaborate with researchers to translate persona logic into system components.
  • Write production-grade code; participate in reviews and engineering standards.
  • Must be on-site in Edmonton, AB, Canada with a hybrid schedule.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on software, data, or ML engineering.
  • Python with Spark, dbt, Airflow, or similar.
  • Production ML deployment experience.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling (prompting, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Data modeling and storage tradeoffs; cloud infra with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
