AI Architect (UA/RU Language speaking)

📋 Description

• Run Sprint 1 decision spike and write the decision record.
• Design ontology and semantic layer for entities and relationships.
• Architect the connector layer as an execution layer for actions across systems.
• Design role-scoped retrieval with RBAC/ABAC enforcement.
• Architect the agent layer for executives and the OKR drift coach.
• Stand up private deployment — VPC/on-prem/managed, model routing and latency envelopes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering; 2+ years building LLM/agentic systems.
• 3+ years as technical lead or architect on client-facing delivery.
• Experience with ontology/knowledge-graph or semantic-layer over enterprise data.
• Experience with regulated or security-sensitive clients and private deployment.
• Experience in consulting or a services business; comfortable being the technical face to a C-level client.
• Comfortable as the most senior technical on a 2.5-FTE pod, with founders as sparring partners.
