• Lead AI readiness assessments and hands-on Workday AI configuration.
• Drive GTM technical architecture and live client demos.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Workday architecture across HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, Finance.
• Consulting/professional services background with client delivery.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Applied agentic AI and LLM knowledge: tools, RAG, context, guardrails.
• Production deployment track record from prototype to production.
• Assessment and roadmap capability for executive-ready recommendations.
