AI Artist & AV Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the audiovisual production process from concept to final delivery for campaigns.
• Provide technical and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team, as well as mentorship
• Lead a team of editors, animators, designers, sound designers, and AI Artists to make sure the work
• Lead a team of AI Artists setting the day to day and standard of what is needed in terms of
• Ensure the team follows our production best practices and streamlined processes to get pixel
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and brand stakeholders to define project vision

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience producing and leading audiovisual projects, ideally in an agency or brand
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video, audio, and integrated content for major brands or
• Deep technical proficiency in all areas of post-production workflows.
• Hands-on experience with the AI tools and models available to date and how to combine them to get
• Experience working with AI and automation platforms and tools.
• Experience in managing AI tools for audiovisual productions.
