📋 Description

• Design and develop technical solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Analyze, review, and optimize Java and Spring Boot applications for quality and performance.
• Reduce technical debt by implementing best coding practices and quality improvements.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or similar solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Support backend and frontend development activities following modern engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer or Code Analyst.
• Strong experience with: Java, Java Database Connectivity, J2EE, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Maven
• Experience working with: Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: GitHub Copilot, Devin, or similar AI coding
• Proven experience improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and increasing development
• Strong knowledge of application security and code quality tools such as: SonarQube, Fortify
