AI Automation Engineer - Internal Platform

📋 Description

• Partner with business groups to identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Assess feasibility and prioritize a portfolio of AI/automation ideas.
• Translate business problems into clear solution designs.
• Design and refine AI-driven applications and agents for internal use.
• Build AI agent/workflow solutions on platforms like Glean, Copilot, Snowflake Intelligence.
• Implement guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation for safety and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years building and deploying AI-powered workflows or automation.
• Hands-on with AI-driven tools (Glean, Copilot, Snowflake Intelligence).
• Experience with process automation (RPA, scripting, workflows).
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and connectors.
• Software/scripting background (Python preferred) for production workflows.
