AI Automation Engineer / Sr. AI Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with business teams to turn AI proofs of concept into production-ready apps.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, automation workflows, and LLM-powered integrations.
• Integrate AI capabilities with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Build cloud-native apps on a governed GCP environment for reliability and scale.
• Implement authentication, access controls, secrets management, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.
• Create evaluation frameworks, regression tests, and observability for AI models and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, building, and deploying production software or data-driven apps.
• Strong Python skills and experience with SQL and enterprise data environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating cloud-native apps, preferably on GCP.
• Strong production engineering fundamentals: auth, identity, secrets, CI/CD, logging, monitoring.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps via APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Experience building LLM-powered apps, AI agents, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.
