AI Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Role to research, evaluate, and operationalize AI tools across marketing, operations, and CX.
• Hands-on implementation and enablement, not a software engineering role.
• Oversee SEO content systems and reporting infrastructure powered by automation.
• Fully Remote (9 AM–5 PM EST) with U.S. client hours.
• Develop internal AI workflows and empower teams to use AI at scale.
• Collaborate across marketing, ops, and customer experience teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in AI implementation, marketing tech, or workflow automation.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms.
• Hands-on with Make, Zapier, or n8n; APIs and no-code/low-code connectors.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Surfer SEO.
• Self-directed; proactive; strong communicator; systems thinker.
• Spanish-speaking; experience in DTC/ecommerce/telehealth/subscription.
