• Create realistic task environments with native language datasets and files

• Calibrate task difficulty and analyze execution logs
• Participate in 4-layer human quality control and LLM-based checks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Native Spanish fluency with high English proficiency
• Strong Python, shell scripting, and data processing skills
• Experience with CLI-based workflows and coding agents
• Deep understanding of encoding, Unicode, and locale conventions
• Knowledge of multilingual text processing and RTL handling
