3+ years of full-time software engineering experience
BS in CS/CE or equivalent technical experience
Hands-on with LLM integration: prompt-engineering, RAG, tool calling, and agent architectures
Proficiency across the full stack as needed
Experience with MCP/LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
Experience with open-source LLM models
