AI Builder, Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Identify friction points, bottlenecks, and unnecessary handoffs across complex platform workflows
• Define product direction by translating ambiguous, multi-system challenges into clear problems
• Challenge existing platform capabilities and operating models, determining where functionality
• Build and validate AI-assisted prototypes and demonstrations using AI tools, prompt design, agentic
• Collaborate closely with engineers and experience designers to explore solutions, test assumptions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience driving product strategy and direction in complex technical
• A proven track record of using experimentation to discover opportunities, validate hypotheses
• Excellent product judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to identify high-value
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted prototypes or demonstrations, including prompt
• Demonstrated ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Experience Design, shaping solutions
• A strong execution-oriented mindset, with experience turning complex problems and strategic
