AI Business Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with functional SMEs to map processes and co-design AI-first reinventions.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and delivery plans, build end-to-end.
• Prototype with Python and AI tooling (LLM APIs, RAG, agents) to validate ideas.
• Design automations to retire manual work and unlock capacity.
• Build/integrate Box core SaaS systems using APIs and iPaaS tools.
• Operate and monitor deployments with security and compliance in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years hands-on engineering experience shipping production code.
• Deep experience with agentic coding platforms and building custom agents.
• Proficient in Python (or Go/TypeScript/Java); able to contribute to real codebase.
• Translate business problems into technical specs and design docs.
• Experience across cloud infra (GCP preferred), data engineering, integration patterns, IAM.
• Strong communication; ability to work with non-technical partners.
