📋 Description

• Bridge People business needs with CEIT using an AI-native approach.
• Liaise between People stakeholders and engineering to translate requirements.
• Maintain expertise in People domains and systems (Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp).
• Define AI-First roadmap for People systems, data, and platforms.
• Design processes to streamline workflows with feasible tech.
• Develop requirements docs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business solution architecture and People/HR systems.
• AI/automation experience; familiarity with LLMs.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions bridging People and engineering.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, data modeling, and integrations.
• Track record of People process transformations with measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication with CHRO, People execs, and engineers.
