🎯 Requirements

Full-stack engineer using AI tools daily (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
Comfortable reviewing others' code with specific, actionable feedback.
Reliable and responsive over 12 weeks.
Familiar with AI-assisted development to evaluate AI usage.
Nice-to-have: mentoring/bootcamp TA experience.
Nice-to-have: experience in regulated/enterprise environment.
