• Share best practices and advanced case examples to drive adoption.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimization to meet business needs.
• Partner with teams to design AI-enabled workflows and assistants.
• Support hands-on build sessions mapping workflows and data connections.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply AI assistants and agents.
• 2+ years coaching, training, or consulting on AI tools and digital workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.
• Proactive, customer-focused problem-solver able to support varied AI/data literacy levels.
