🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in a STEM-related field.
• 3+ years in a SaaS software environment.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Understanding of AI - Conversational AI, Large Language Models, Generative AI.
• Growth mindset with curiosity about technology and AI.
• Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
