AI Data Trainer & AI Model Optimization Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, train, and optimize AI models for document intelligence and extraction.
• Build and maintain training pipelines, datasets, evaluation frameworks, and automated workflows.
• Improve and evaluate SLMs, FastText classifiers, LLM workflows, and hybrid extraction.
• Design domain intelligence frameworks for regulated standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Establish model quality metrics and validation processes to improve accuracy and explainability.
• Analyze production behavior, diagnose issues, and collaborate across teams to implement improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with NLP, document intelligence, information retrieval, or ML systems.
• Experience developing, training, evaluating, or optimizing ML models, including LLMs.
• Strong Python development skills and experience with ML frameworks, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Experience with model training, data annotation, dataset management, MLOps, or AI lifecycle automation.
• Understanding of AI tech such as transformer models, embedding models, SLMs, LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering.
• Experience with data quality, testing, validation, or model performance measurement.
