• Own end-to-end work from definition through long-term support.
• Design and ship backend systems, data models, and agentic frameworks.
• Use AI as the primary delivery tool; apply engineering judgment.
• Improve speed, cost efficiency, and MCP adoption across the platform.
• Set and reinforce engineering practices via reviews and tests.
• Mentor developers and share technical context across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Production ownership: shipped and supported software customers depend on.
• Demonstrated MCP server usage and building orchestrated workflows.
• AI fluency in delivery workflows; use AI to ship faster with quality.
• Move from ambiguous input to clear, maintainable solutions in large codebases.
• Strong cross-functional communication to leadership.
• Experience building an agentic harness or control plane (nice to have).
