AI Delivery & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead agile delivery cadences for the Central AI team (planning, standups, retros)
• Own backlog, tickets, and end-to-end delivery tracking across the team
• Define and deliver docs and processes for the Central AI team and consuming units
• Guide short-, mid-, and long-term planning, prioritisation, and reporting
• Deliver cross-team projects with stakeholders from Playtech business units
• Own platform operations: monitoring, alerts, incidents, root cause analysis and post-mortems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Agile delivery management in a technical engineering setting
• Platform operations: monitoring, incident response, problem mgmt, SRE
• Experience handling audit/compliance evidence (ISO 27001, ITGCs)
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Security, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, Service Ops
• Genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for AI systems and solutions
• Hands-on with AI tools; able to build your own workflows
