AI Delivery & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Run agile delivery cadences for Central AI team: planning, standups, retros.
• Own backlog planning, ticket mgmt, and end-to-end delivery tracking.
• Define and deliver documentation and processes for Central AI and user teams.
• Lead governance, audit, and compliance across ISO 27001, ITGCs, EU AI Act.
• Drive AI-first workflows; enable safe, scalable adoption across Playtech.

🎯 Requirements

• Agile delivery management experience in a technical engineering environment.
• Solid background in platform operations: monitoring, incident response, problem mgmt, and SRE practices.
• Experience handling audit and compliance evidence (ISO 27001, ITGCs).
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders (Product Units, Security, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, Service Ops).
• Genuine knowledge of AI systems and enthusiasm; hands-on with AI tools and workflows.
• Experience with AI or cloud platforms, particularly GCP Vertex AI.
• Experience automating delivery and operations workflows using AI tooling.
• Exposure to platform onboarding and self-service operating models.
