AI Delivery & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Run agile delivery cadences for the Central AI team (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros).
• Own backlog planning, ticket management, and end-to-end delivery tracking.
• Define and deliver documentation processes for the Central AI team and platform users.
• Lead short, medium, and long-term planning, prioritisation, and reporting.
• Deliver projects within the AI Team, often with cross-unit stakeholders.
• Own monitoring and alerting, incidents, post-mortems, and corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Agile delivery management in a technical engineering environment.
• Strong background in platform operations: monitoring, incidents, problem mgmt, SRE.
• Experience handling audit and compliance evidence (ISO 27001, ITGCs).
• Experience working cross-functionally with product units, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Service Ops.
• Genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for AI systems and solutions.
• Hands-on with AI tools and building your own workflows.
