AI Delivery & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Run agile delivery cadences for the Central AI team (sprint planning, stand-ups).
• Own backlog planning, ticket management and end-to-end delivery tracking.
• Define and deliver documentation and processes for the AI team and platform users.
• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term planning, prioritisation and reporting.
• Deliver projects with cross-unit stakeholders across Playtech.
• Own platform operations: monitoring, incident, post-mortems, fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Agile delivery management in a technical engineering environment.
• Solid background in platform operations: monitoring, incident response, SRE.
• Experience handling audit and compliance evidence (ISO 27001, ITGCs, etc.).
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, security, compliance, privacy, legal and ops teams.
• Genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for AI systems and solutions.
• Hands-on with AI tools and building your own workflows.
