AI Delivery & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead agile delivery cadences for the Central AI team and manage sprints.
• Own backlog planning, ticket management, and end-to-end delivery tracking.
• Define and deliver documentation processes for the AI platform and users.
• Lead short, medium, and long-term planning, prioritisation, and reporting.
• Deliver cross-unit AI platform projects with stakeholders.
• Oversee platform operations: monitoring, incidents, post-mortems, actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Agile delivery management in a technical engineering environment.
• Solid platform ops: monitoring, incidents, problem mgmt, SRE.
• Experience handling audit/compliance evidence (ISO 27001, ITGCs).
• Cross-functional work with product, security, privacy, compliance, and service ops.
• Genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for AI systems and solutions.
• Hands-on with AI tools; building workflows.
