Manage squad-level execution (Experience or Product/Finance) and own accountability for phase gates
Interface directly with Prudential domain squads to resolve blockers and align on requirements
Drive the delivery of MRM artifacts on schedule and report on sprint health
Monitor "Shadow Mode" progress and manage the transition from development to certification

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in Agile delivery management for AI or high-complexity software projects
Familiarity with the AI engineering lifecycle (Reasoning layers, Guardrails, Evals)
Experience in risk-managed software delivery within the financial sector
Project management certification (PMP, CSM) with a focus on technical delivery
