• Own demo readiness: intake, environment setup, QA, launches, triage, field support.
• Automate workflows: AI-assisted tasks, routing, checks, self-service paths.
• AI-assisted intake and support: capture requests, enrich context, route intelligently.
• Turn tribal knowledge into reusable systems: checklists, playbooks, QA routines.
• Drive the demo ops roadmap: track pain points, prioritize workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-native thinker; quick to adopt new tools.
• Experience with AI tooling: Claude Code, N8N, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
• Strong ops skills: process-minded, detail-oriented, calm under pressure.
• Demo ops, QA, triage, or launch readiness experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to map workflows into reusable, automated processes.
