📋 Description

• Own demo readiness: intake, environment setup, QA, launch readiness, triage.
• Automate repetitive workflows: AI-assisted routing, setup checks, self-service paths.
• Build AI-assisted intake and support: context enrichment and routing.
• Turn tribal knowledge into repeatable playbooks, prompts, and QA routines.
• Drive the demo ops roadmap: prioritize workflows for speed and reliability.
• You’re AI-native: use Claude Code, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs to improve output.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in presales support, demo ops, or tech coordination.
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools, orchestration, LLM APIs, prompt automation.
• Strong operator mindset: organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure.
• Clear communication with Solutions Consultants, sales, and Demo Engineers.
• Ability to translate messy inputs into clear next steps.
• Bonus: sandbox provisioning or partner environments experience.
