• 5+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or security roles.
• Expertise across AppSec, cloud security, identity, vulnerability mgmt.
• Able to credibly discuss with CISOs, CTOs, and security leaders.
• Hands-on with APIs, Python/JS, agents, CLIs, GitHub, CI/CD.
• Design AI workflows with retrieval, outputs, guardrails, and telemetry.
• Scope pilots amid ambiguity: data, metrics, integration, gates.
• Evidence-first security judgment; document assumptions.
• Own end-to-end delivery; multi-project throughput.
