• Review architectures for API design, data handling, safety, reliability.
• Contribute fixes to ChatGPT, Codex, and the plugins platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Built or operated production APIs, backend services, or plugins.
• Strong product sense and ability to ship genuinely useful plugins.
• Clear communication with external engineers, product leaders, executives.
• Able to translate ambiguous ideas into runnable prototypes and specs.
• Comfortable debugging distributed systems with logs, traces, and metrics.
