🎯 Requirements

• Track record delivering AI/ML systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, or prod engineering.
• Proficient in Python; JavaScript/TypeScript experience is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate AI systems using data, graders, signals, and human judgment.
• Navigate enterprise production requirements: reliability, observability, security, governance.
• Connect technical decisions to customer workflows, adoption, and outcomes.
