📋 Description

• Partner with enterprises to identify opportunities and translate into architecture and plans.
• Design, build, and deploy AI systems delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on coding to build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, and integrations.
• Make sound technical decisions across models, retrieval, tools, data, reliability, observability, latency, cost, safety, security, governance.
• Diagnose complex challenges, reproduce failures, test hypotheses, and resolve blockers.
• Help customers move from prototypes to production with sustained adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record delivering AI/ML systems in enterprise environments.
• Substantial contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, or production engineering.
• Proficient in Python; comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Evaluate AI systems using data, graders, production signals, and human judgment.
• Enterprise production requirements: integrations, reliability, observability, security, privacy, governance.
• Link technical decisions to customer workflows, adoption, and outcomes.
